Space (BBC)

Space (2001) is a six-part BBC documentary narrated by Sam Neill. Wikipedia describes the parts as follows: (1) "Star Stuff" - on the origin of the universe, stars, and the solar system; (2) "Staying Alive" - the luck of planet Earth and how it could be destroyed at any moment by black holes, comets, and asteroids; (3) "Black Holes" - the destructive force that may eventually destroy the Milky Way galaxy; (4) "Are We Alone?" - the possibilities of extraterrestrial life and human contact with it; (5) "New Worlds" - terraforming and humanity's colonisation of other planets; (6) "Boldly Go" - humanity's journey into far space.
